		<description>That&#039;s pretty funny.  I don&#039;t think anyone who has spent more than, say, a minute and half with Paul could doubt that those quotations are accurate.  You&#039;ve captured his speaking style pretty much perfectly.

I&#039;m not surprised Lesson 11 was controversial.  It&#039;s a paraphrase of GW management, um, doctrine, and probably the single thing most misunderstood by people here on first hearing.  Paul probably could have spent a full hour discussing it.

Of course, highly effective believers make the ideal employee.  The point of the lesson isn&#039;t that you should hire less talented staff, but to highlight how poisonous heretics can be and that no amount of talent can compensate for that.</description>
